Time Travel Concierge wasn't created because people need "tech support."
It was created because people need time, patience, and someone willing to help.
Like many families, we would hear our parents
talk about their frustrations with technology.
We didn't think much about it.
It was just conversation.
Maybe we'd offer a quick suggestion
or tell them which button to press.
What we didn't realize was that they weren't really making conversation.
They were asking for help.
One day, what was supposed to be a quick visit to
mom’s house turned into more than ten hours.
A simple TV setup became password problems,
storage issues, subscriptions, streaming services,
forgotten accounts, video calls with grandchildren,
and a phone that had become so frustrating
that it was easier to avoid using it altogether.
And ten hours wasn't enough.
The more we thought about it, the more
we realized that this wasn't unique.
Parents, grandparents, neighbors, friends,
and loved ones everywhere are quietly
